Rotating 3‑shift pattern:

  • 06:00 - 14:00
  • 14:00 - 22:00
  • 22:00 - 06:00
  • Competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Set, adjust, and optimise injection moulding machines to ensure efficient and consistent production
  • Carry out tool changes, slinging operations, and mould maintenance to minimise downtime
  • Diagnose and resolve moulding and machine faults efficiently and effectively
  • Monitor production to ensure schedules are met and quality standards are consistently achieved
  • Conduct in‑process quality inspections and implement corrective actions where required
  • Train, support, and guide production operators to ensure adherence to procedures and best practice
  • Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and quality records
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety requirements and promote a safe working environment
Key Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience within injection moulding (leadership or supervisory experience advantageous)
  • Strong technical knowledge of injection moulding processes, tool changes, and fault finding
  • Experience working with both hot runner and cold runner systems
  • Proven experience with a range of polymer materials
  • Exposure to 3‑axis and 6‑axis robotic systems
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to train and support others
  • Good IT skills, including production systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards
