Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Moulding Cell Operative in Somerset for an immediate start. You will operate injection moulding machines, set up and monitor cycles, adjust temperatures and timings as required, inspect outputs for defects, record results, and promptly report faults to ensure continuous production and safety.

You will also assist with basic equipment cleaning and routine maintenance as part of a busy manufacturing team.

• Previous manufacturing/moulding experience is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Operating injection moulding machines safely and efficiently
• Monitoring machine performance and product quality
• Carrying out routine quality checks and recording results
• Reporting machine faults, defects and safety concerns
• Basic machine cleaning and maintenance
• Following company procedures and health & safety requirements
• Supporting production targets and continuous improvement
