This role involves toolmaking, repair, and CNC machining using Fusion CAM, within a friendly and cohesive environment. The ideal candidate will have an injection moulding background and be apprentice trained or equivalent. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Injection mould toolmaking and machining.
  • Repair and modification of tools.
  • Manufacture jigs and fixtures for production.
  • Set up, operate and programme CNC machines using Fusion.
  • Produce components using aluminium and steel tooling.
  • Oversee small batch CNC production.

Location: Gloucester

Salary: GBP 38,000 to GBP 42,000 Salary DOE

Work pattern: Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:00

Injection Mould Toolmaker with CNC programming knowledge for a well-established tooling specialist with a company history of over 20 years. The company specialises in plastic injection moulding for a variety of industries and offers a friendly, cohesive working environment.

You will need experience with Fusion CAM and further training on this can be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Injection mould toolmaking and machining.
  • Tool repair and modification.
  • Manufacture jigs and fixtures for production.
  • Using CAD designs to set up, operate and programme CNC machines using Fusion to produce components.
  • Aluminium and steel tooling.
  • Small batch CNC production.
