A leading consultancy in training is seeking an Initial Trainer for a 12-month contract in Ferndown. You will design and deliver training interventions for police officers and staff, ensuring they meet the required skills and knowledge. Hours per week: 37 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 08:00 to 16:00
Contract length: This opening assignment is for 12 months
Location and postcode: Ferndown, Dorset, BH22 9HQ
Office based only as will involve training students who are in the classroom
NPPV2 clearance required, please note, due to Police Criteria you must have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years continuously. Anything less will not be considered
Candidates must be available for immediate start
In order to apply for this role you will have a recognised training/teaching qualification (e.g., Police Trainer Certificate or equivalent City & Guilds Further Adult Education Certificate, Certificate of Education, Certificate in Training Practice or equivalent NVQ level III in Learning and Development) OR Similar extensive relevant experience together with a commitment and potential to achieve such a qualification.
