A leading commercial real estate firm in London is seeking an Inhouse Commercial Lawyer to support its legal team. The role involves reviewing and negotiating contracts, providing legal advice, and mentoring junior lawyers. Ideal candidates will be qualified solicitors with strong commercial contracts experience and excellent communication skills. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities across EMEA.

Working pattern: 2 - 3 days in office
Immediate start
The EMEA Legal team advise on a wide range of commercial contracts, including MSAs, framework agreements, standard terms of business, procurement, sponsorship, and IT related agreements. The Legal team provides advice across the business on a broad range of legal and risk issues impacting CBRE as well as other matters that arise from time to time, such as disputes, data privacy and IP, with the support of external counsel where required.
This role is a high visibility position requiring coordination across multiple jurisdictions and continuous engagement with various levels of the Group’s personnel in the UK and across EMEA.
