What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and supporting secure infrastructure for complex, high-availability platforms.
• Bridging IT and OT environments to keep mission-critical systems running smoothly.
• Managing and optimising Windows Server and Red Hat Linux estates.
• Building and maintaining virtualised environments using VMware and Hyper-V.
• Overseeing IT assets, with automated monitoring and reporting baked in.
• Embedding cyber best practice, running vulnerability assessments, and meeting strict compliance standards.

Main Skills Needed

• Solid background in infrastructure engineering or systems administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Red Hat Linux.
• Proven use of virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Good understanding of cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and secure design.
• Exposure to regulated or high-assurance environments (defence experience a plus).
• Experience with asset management and monitoring/automation tools.
