Job summary

FSP Consulting Services is seeking an Infrastructure Security Engineer to join our Cyber Engineering team. You will provide technical consultancy across Microsoft-aligned security offerings, focusing on Active Directory, Windows Server, hybrid identity and platform security.

You will assess security posture, identify risks and develop remediation plans, working with customers, teammates and service leads to deliver practical security outcomes and trusted advisory support.

Qualifications

• Experience as a consultant or engineer in complex environments.
• Ability to translate security requirements into practical, scalable controls.
• Strong technical credibility in identity and platform security.
• Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to align security with objectives.
• Clear, effective communication translating risks into actionable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor on infrastructure security strategy, controls and best practices.
• Guide Active Directory, Windows Server, Group Policy, authentication and access control.
• Assess infrastructure security risks and remediation plans.
• Perform gap analyses and maturity assessments across identity, infrastructure and hybrid environments.
• Promote standards, architectures and repeatable security practices across customer environments.
• Design secure, scalable solutions aligned to customer needs and risk appetite.
• Contribute to evolution of the Cyber Engineering practice through service development and knowledge sharing.
