Role Overview

Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Sales Specialist within the infrastructure sector, reporting to the OT Lead. The main goal of the role is to drive aggressively accelerate the infrastructure portfolio through developing a customer prospect pipeline focusing on winning new contracts, with additional responsibility for selling incremental repair and modernisation projects.

On a typical day you will :
  • Ensure the business achieves both short term and long-term revenue targets.
  • Drive the sales strategy to deliver portfolio growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers, securing increased long-lasting business.
  • Engage and lead the sales force, increasing capability and productivity.
  • Work closely with the operational leads to optimize sales & marketing strategy.
  • Follow up sales leads and opportunities either through external leads or self-generated opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships within the world industry, attending networking events. Deliver competitive pricing, bids and tenders.

What you will need to be successful.
  • Well-developed career within infrastructure sales would be highly desirable.
  • Proven experience working with both public and private sectors, with a solid understanding around tenders and bids.
  • You will have a built-up external network across the infrastructure; public and private sector would be highly desirable.
  • You’ll have a strong strategic mindset, with the ability to deliver short term goals and reach longer term objectives.
