Infrastructure & Projects Lawyer – 1+PQE | Manchester
We are working with a top tier national firm looking to hire at the 1-4 PQE level in Manchester. To be suitable for this role, you may have a background in commercial contracts or infrastructure projects,and looking for big ticket transactional work. You’ll be joining a down-to-earth, high-performing team working on high profileprojects across the UK and internationally.
This team has an exceptional profile for handling high level work. In it's broadest sense, you will manage commercial contracts relating to infrastructure and public services, forclients offering a huge variety of work across transport, health, utilities, energy and more.
The variety and depth of work means candidates from a range of transactional backgrounds will be considered, but in particular commercial contracts and infrastructure. In the position you may be handlingcommercial contracts for public services, energy and utilities, transport, andinfrastructure projects, working closely with both public and private sector clients. Projects can be huge, collaborating across teams to deliver advice on everythingfrom green energy and rail reform to hospital builds and student accommodation schemes.
This is a team ranked consistently in the top tier, is ambitious and can provide an exceptional range of work to a lawyer looking for variety in their day. It can also provide an alternative to in-house, given the breath of work that is rare to a traditional private practice team.
