Job summary

Netcompany is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a team of consultants delivering complex infrastructure projects that drive real business outcomes for clients. You will join a management team to grow the Infrastructure practice, shape client requirements, and guide projects from scoping through delivery.

You will own delivery and financial responsibilities, mentor junior staff, and engage in the Netcompany Academy to advance your leadership capabilities and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects within project and programme management roles.
• History of leading large technology and business change projects from the front with experience of scoping overall project deliverables, as well as timeframes to work within.
• Managed system integration projects that span technologies as well as third party suppliers as part of a client’s ecosystem.
• An ability to communicate clearly to management, team members and customers about project, programme and business matters that builds trust and creates strong relationships.
• Financial management of projects including estimation, cost control and commercial negotiation of existing and new opportunities.
• Contributed to a wider community of professionals providing knowledge sharing, support and mentorship to more junior members of the organisation to improve their effectiveness.
