Project Manager – Telent

As a Project Manager/Leader at Telent, you will be trusted and empowered to deliver critical and complex work. You're free to innovate, take ownership, and make smart, agile decisions.

Reporting to the Contract Services Manager, the Project Manager will lead a portfolio of Reactive and Planned Maintenance and Minor Works projects across TfL Head Office Estate.

This is a hybrid role – 2 days per week in Canning Town office.

What you’ll do
  • Lead all aspects of project delivery.
  • Determine and define client project scope and objectives.
  • Create and manage the Project Execution Mobilisation Plan(s).
  • Manage project financial performance, including P&L accounts.
  • Set up stage‑gate meetings – kick‑off, gate reviews, close‑out as defined.
  • Present monthly contract review paperwork to senior management.
  • Support bid submissions with Project Plans, RAID logs, and method statements.
Who you are

You have Project Management experience in a fast‑paced Comms, Rail, Telecoms, or Utilities environment. You thrive on coordinating complex projects, managing stakeholders, and driving safe, on‑time, on‑budget solutions.

Key Requirements
  • Experience on complex projects within Rail, Telecoms, or Utilities.
  • Excellent financial and commercial project budget management.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
  • Experience managing complex customer and end‑user relationships.
  • Full driving licence and flexibility to travel to London sites.
