Qualifications

  • Experience in planning within design and build infrastructure.
  • Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commercial awareness relating to programme impact on cost and risk.
  • Previous experience with NEC contracts is required.
  • Familiarity with telecoms and digital infrastructure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain construction programmes using MS Project / Primavera.
  • Perform resource loading, sequencing, and critical path analysis.
  • Support bid teams in strengthening tender submissions.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams during project delivery.
  • Prepare reports and present programme options.
  • Assist with change management under NEC contracts.
