Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure across networking, servers, operating systems, backend applications, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments.
  • Operate within a structured team environment supported by a comprehensive knowledge base, documented processes, and vendor support agreements—while also being capable of working independently when required.
  • Participate in a 1-in-3 on-call rotation to respond to critical infrastructure incidents, including network outages and server failures.
  • Conduct site visits within the UK and internationally to install, remove, or repair hardware and infrastructure components.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • An IT related qualification, ideally with exposure to software development.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ hands-on experience in Level 3 IT infrastructure roles, with a strong focus on design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Deep technical understanding of computer systems and the ability to problem-solve without relying solely on documentation or third-party support.
  • Proficiency in scripting (with PowerShell) for automation and system management.
  • Strong knowledge of data networking principles.
  • Expertise in Windows operating systems (both desktop and server).
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, including Intune configuration, application deployment, device management, and Microsoft Defender.
Benefits
  • Permanent contract
  • On-site working model
  • Salary up to £50.000 / year, based on experience
