About Our Client

This is an interim opportunity with a small - medium-sized company that operates in the transport and distribution sector. The organisation is known for its focus on efficiency and reliability, providing essential services to its clients.

Job Description
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, encompassing cloud environments (Azure, AWS), physical servers, storage systems, and network devices.
  • Oversee system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems through monitoring and best practices.
  • Manage enterprise-level tools and systems such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Support the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects.
  • Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.

A successful Infrastructure Manager should have:
