Our client, a leading Silver Circle City law firm is seeking a talented Associate to join its top‑ranked Infrastructure Finance team in London. The Role
  • You will be advising on a broad range of infrastructure finance matters, including acquisition finance, project finance, and hybrid structures.
  • The team's work spans sectors such as energy transition, digital infrastructure, transport, healthcare, and utilities. You'll be involved in both brownfield and greenfield deals, often with a cross‑border element.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act for infrastructure funds, banks, and institutional lenders on complex financing transactions
  • Lead and negotiate key workstreams, with support from senior lawyers on larger mandates
  • Draft and negotiate LMA‑based documentation from term sheet to close
  • Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and trainees
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm's international network
About You
  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent) with ideally 3‑8 years' PQE
  • Strong experience in infrastructure acquisition finance; project finance exposure is a plus
  • Trained at a top‑tier UK, US, or international firm
  • Confident in managing transactions and drafting complex finance documents
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and collaborative
  • Keen to contribute to a high‑performing, inclusive team culture
