Qualifications

• 5 years in infrastructure, DevOps, security, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
• 2 years in a people leadership role managing engineers.
• Strong track record scaling complex distributed systems in cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Experience with containerization & orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps and Security engineers.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership on initiatives for core infrastructure.
• Drive technical decisions and architectural improvements.
• Oversee the management of security processes including audits.
