We re looking for an Infrastructure Engineer who loves solving problems, keeping systems secure, and making things run better. You ll be joining a global team of 45,000+ people with the freedom to shape how critical IT systems are built and maintained across the UK and beyond.

Role: Infrastructure Engineer (Systems Engineer / 3rd Line Support / IT Engineer)
Location: Milton Keynes hybrid (2 days WFH after probation)
Package: £48,000 + 5% pension + 5% Bonus + 25 days holiday (rising to 30) + buy/sell up to 5

What you ll be doing
  • Designing, building and maintaining on-premise and Azure cloud infrastructure.
  • Taking the lead on upgrade projects and improvements.
  • Keeping systems secure, stable and future-ready.
  • Playing a key role in disaster recovery planning.
What you ll bring
  • Strong experience with servers, storage (SAN/NAS), networking and Azure.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft, VMware or Hyper‑V.
  • Solid grasp of TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls and IDS/IPS.
  • Bonus if you ve used Palo Alto, LogicMonitor or other security tools.
  • Great documentation habits and a calm, can‑do approach.

You ll mainly be based in Milton Keynes, with some travel to Birmingham and the odd trip across the UK or Europe.
