Job summary

RLDatix, a global healthcare IT provider, is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to support and enhance our corporate systems infrastructure. You will troubleshoot issues, maintain uptime, and implement practical solutions that keep finance and strategic operations running smoothly.

Join a team of engineers and analysts in a hybrid role with a Skopje office commute. You’ll apply Azure, Windows Server, and IAM knowledge to support secure, compliant infrastructure and produce user-friendly guidance.

Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare or SaaS is a plus.
  • Hybrid work model with ability to commute to Skopje office.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve routine user issues and maintain system uptime for business-critical infrastructure.
  • Apply troubleshooting methods to identify root causes and implement practical solutions.
  • Create clear technical guidance and documentation for end users and stakeholders.
  • Support ticket processing and system administration tasks to meet SLAs.
  • Monitor technology trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

We're searching for a Skopje-based Infrastructure Engineer to join our Corporate Systems Infrastructure team, so that we can support and enhance the technology platforms that keep our business-critical systems running seamlessly. The Infrastructure Engineerwill apply foundational technical knowledge to troubleshoot routine technical issues, deliver high-quality user support, and develop practical solutions that maintain operational continuity — directly impacting the effectiveness of our finance and strategic operations.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • Utilise established technology tools to resolve routine user issues and maintain system uptime in order to keep business-critical infrastructure operating reliably for immediate teams.
  • Apply systematic troubleshooting methodologies to examine technical challenges, identify root causes of operational problems, and develop practical solutions that uphold system effectiveness.
  • Craft clear, accessible technical messages for end users and stakeholders in order to translate complex information into guidance, user guides, and technical documentation.
  • Support the timely processing of technical support cases and system administration tasks to meet service level expectations and contribute to continuous quality improvement across infrastructure support routines.
  • Monitor emerging technology trends and software evolutions relevant to Corporate Systems infrastructure in order to identify opportunities for integration, enhancement, and system improvement.
What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having
  • Strong foundational experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure), Windows Server environments, identity and access management, networking fundamentals and endpoint/device management.
  • Proven success in applying systematic troubleshooting approaches to resolve technical issues and maintain operational continuity for business-critical infrastructure. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Microsoft 365 / Entra ID administration, or ITIL Foundation are advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge on how to work within regulated or compliance-driven environments such as healthcare, SaaS or enterprise corporate IT, with an understanding of operational controls, data protection principles like GDPR, and audit-ready infrastructure practices.
  • Ability to commute to our Skopje office on a hybrid basis.
  • Sincere interest in making a positive change in healthcare through innovative technology and secure, reliable infrastructure.
  • A knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional teams spanning senior engineers, analysts, and service owners, with strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts clearly for diverse stakeholders.
