Job summary

ea Change is seeking an experienced F5 Infrastructure Engineer to join a major UK banking organisation on a 6-month hybrid contract. You will design, configure and maintain F5 infrastructure and services across private and public clouds, contributing to CI/CD and automation efforts within a specialist delivery team.

The role requires strong BIG-IP expertise (LTM, GTM/DNS, APM, AWAF), familiarity with AppViewX ADC+, DO and AS3, and solid skills in Python, Jenkins and GitHub.

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced F5 Infrastructure Engineer to join a major UK banking organisation, working within a specialist F5 Delivery team as part of the Network Security & Traffic Management function.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a sophisticated enterprise infrastructure environment, supporting the design, development and delivery of critical networking and traffic management technologies across both private and public cloud environments.

The Role

You’ll work closely with the wider infrastructure and networking teams to:

• Design, configure, test and maintain F5 infrastructure and services
• Work across F5 BIG-IP, including LTM, GTM/DNS, APM and AWAF
• Build and deploy infrastructure across private and public cloud environments
• Develop and support enterprise integrations and applications

The role requires someone who can quickly assimilate new technical and domain knowledge, apply it to complex infrastructure challenges and contribute to the ongoing development of the organisation's network and traffic management capabilities.
