Qualifications

• Collaborate with Network and Engineering teams on issues affecting users.
• Perform patching and maintenance on both test and live environments.

Are you an experienced Systems Engineer eager to be at the heart of IT operations for a growing UK group? Our client's central infrastructure team supports six UK business...

Responsibilities

• Trouble-shooting environmental infrastructure issues (Windows, RHEL, SAN, GPOs, WSUS, AD, AppLocker etc)
• Working with the Network, Engineering and SOC teams to trouble-shoot issues that affect End Users
• Working direct with client leads to resolve escalated incidents.
• Patching and Maintenance of test and live environments to include installing Anti-Virus, WSUS, RHEL & other product updates
• Working with PKI Certificates and SIEM toolingo
• Providing support to Engineering & Test teamso
• AD Administration activities accounts, groups, memberships, permissions etc.
• Participating in rota for On-Call to ensure 24/7/365 support is provided

Experience

Infrastructure: VMWare vSphere; Windows Server; Windows AD, DNS, WSUS and RDS; McAfee; RHEL; Applications (nice to have): SharePoint, SQL, Exchange, CASD
