Overview

The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Senior Infrastructure Engineer. The post-holder will be responsible for the management and support of the Party's IT systems, with a focus on modern cloud infrastructure built around Microsoft Azure. You will help ensure that our systems are secure, resilient, and aligned with organisational needs. You will also provide advanced technical support across networking, desktop hardware, business applications, and collaboration tools (including Office 365 and SharePoint) within a mixed Microsoft and Apple environment, supporting the Party's staff and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Significant experience managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with rapid response requirements during time-sensitive events.
  • Knowledge of technology infrastructure best practice, including high availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery principles.
  • Ability to manage projects, prioritise workloads, and deliver results within agreed deadlines.
