About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure & Operations Engineer to join our results driven IT team in Aberdeen.

This is a hands‑on role within a cross‑functional team responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting IT infrastructure across the organisation.

You will manage a range of technologies including servers, networking, storage, telephony, and client hardware, while ensuring security compliance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, backups, storage, and telephony
  • Ensure security compliance through patching, scanning, inventory management, and system hardening
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting across the organisation
  • Maintain accurate documentation and configuration records
  • Participate in IT projects, continuity planning, and out‑of‑hours support on a rotational basis
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high‑quality IT services.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree in an IT‑related subject or equivalent professional experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Clearly demonstrable experience in a similar IT infrastructure role.
