IntaPeople in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Services Manager to lead cloud, infrastructure, and modern workplace strategy across a globally based organisation. You will drive adoption, migration, and modernisation programmes while ensuring security, governance, and resilience.

You will shape technology roadmaps, manage budgets and partners, and mentor infra and cloud teams. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on expertise in Azure and Microsoft 365

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Services Manager to lead the strategy, transformation, and operational management of a large-scale cloud, infrastructure, and modern workplace environment across a globally based organisation.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a technology professional who is passionate about driving cloud-first initiatives, modernising infrastructure services, and building high-performing teams. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's technology roadmap, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient platforms that support business growth and innovation.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Manager, you will take ownership of the cloud and infrastructure strategy, leading the adoption of modern technologies and best practices across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will deliver transformational change while ensuring operational excellence across critical IT services.

You will be responsible for developing and executing cloud migration and modernisation programmes, strengthening cybersecurity and governance frameworks, and creating a technology environment that enables productivity, collaboration, and business success.

About You

We're looking for an experienced technology leader with a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on technical expertise. You'll be comfortable operating at both a technical and executive level, translating business requirements into technology solutions and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional results.

• Proven experience in a senior infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise IT leadership role.
• Strong experience designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Azure environments.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies and modern workplace solutions.
• Demonstrable success delivering cloud transformation, migration, and modernisation programmes.
• Experience leading infrastructure, cloud, and technical operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, governance frameworks, and identity and access management.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers, technology partners, and service providers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience developing technology strategies and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.

Role at a glance:

• Starting Salary of £75,000 - £80,000 (DOE)
• 25 days holidays + Bank Holidays per year
