Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Edinburgh seeks an Executive to join our Infrastructure Advisory team, delivering financial and strategic advice on major infrastructure programmes for government and private sector clients.

You will model and appraise options, build robust business cases, and guide procurement strategies while collaborating with senior leaders across a range of projects in energy, transport and public services.

Qualifications

• Strong financial, economic and commercial evaluation skills.
• Experience with financial modelling and option appraisals preferred.
• Excellent report drafting and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert financial, commercial and strategic advice to clients on infrastructure projects.
• Build and analyse financial models; establish financing structures and run sensitivity analyses.
• Create business cases and advise on procurements and bids for public services and infrastructure investments.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders to support decision making.
• Support sustainability goals and contribute to EY’s growth strategies.
