• 3+ years of software development experience with infrastructure, data modeling, and backend systems.
• Ability to design and scale data infrastructure for CRM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale data infrastructure and backend services powering Lightfield’s AI-driven CRM.
• Build and maintain full-stack systems end-to-end for reliability and performance.
• Design and optimize data models to support CRM workflows and AI-driven insights.
• Develop observability and metrics for proactive issue detection and continuous improvement.
• Mentor teammates, participate in code reviews, and shape engineering culture and practices.
• Contribute to building a world-class engineering team through recruiting and knowledge-sharing.
