Job summary

Speechmatics is hiring an Information Security Manager to ensure the rigour we apply to our speech tech is matched by the security it runs on. You’ll lead security triage, conduct hands-on audits, and own governance, risk and compliance across infrastructure and code.

In this hybrid role, you’ll bring CISSP or CISM, strong incident management, and a bias for automation to scale security. We offer flexible working, private medical, dental, global opportunities, generous holidays and a home office

Qualifications

• Technical background in cybersecurity or IT security management.
• CISSP or CISM certification (or equivalent depth of experience).
• Experience with incident management and governance, risk and control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead security triage as the first port of call for CVEs, vulnerabilities and supply-chain risk.
• Run hands-on audits covering pen testing, vulnerability management and supply-chain security.
• Own governance, risk and compliance frameworks and translate policy into effective controls.
• Automate GRC activities to scale security (vulnerability tooling, endpoint protection, policy-to-enforcement).
• Build deep product and infrastructure knowledge to be the go-to security expert.
