Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in IT infrastructure, ideally within a Managed Service Provider.
• Strong technical problem-solver.
• Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset.
• Passionate about infrastructure, automation & cloud tech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 3rd-line support (remote & on-site).
• Manage & troubleshoot Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO.
• Work with virtualisation (Hyper-V/VMware) & cloud solutions (M365, Google Apps, AWS).
• Handle networking (VLANs, VPNs, IP routing) & backup systems (Veeam).
• Support tools like Intune, MDT, Lucidlink, Egnyte, and endpoint security solutions.
• Collaborate on infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and documentation.
