Job summary

We’re seeking a procurement leader to drive technology sourcing with a focus on delivering commercial value and operational excellence. You’ll lead category management, sourcing and supplier management within a designated technology spend area, acting as a trusted adviser to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include developing multi-year sourcing strategies, leading market engagements, contract awards, and monitoring supplier performance while supporting budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Proven technology/IT category management and sourcing experience in a large, complex procurement environment.
• Experience managing high-value contracts and strategic sourcing activity.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering measurable value.

Working closely with technology and business stakeholders, you'll help define sourcing strategies, optimise supplier relationships, and support future growth.

The Role

About You

• Proven technology/IT category management and sourcing experience in a large, complex procurement environment
• Experience managing high-value contracts and strategic sourcing activity
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering measurable valueRegulated industry background (financial services, utilities, telecoms, healthcare)
• CIPS qualification; degree in Business, Finance or Procurement

Skills: Strong commercial/negotiation ability, cost analysis & financial modelling, procurement governance knowledge, and familiarity with IT services, software and infrastructure categories.
