Location: London (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite)

The Opportunity:

We’re working with a growing organisation in London that’s looking for an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in Support and Infrastructure to join on a 12-month contract.

This is a hybrid role, ideal for someone who can lead day-to-day IT operations while managing service delivery, infrastructure upgrades, and support teams.

1. Leading and mentoring 1st–3rd line support teams.
2. Overseeing infrastructure services across Windows environments, Azure, O365, networking, and virtualisation.
3. Managing hardware/software issues, escalations, and vendor relationships.
4. Delivering IT projects – upgrades, rollouts, migrations, and improvements.
5. Ensuring system availability, performance, and compliance.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience in IT Management or Senior Support/Infrastructure roles.
2. Hands-on skills with Windows Server, O365, Azure, networking, and virtualisation tools (VMware/Hyper-V).
3. Strong understanding of IT support best practices and service delivery.
4. Experience managing hybrid teams and working within IR35 frameworks.
