Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide basic troubleshooting support to ensure systems are running as expected
• Follow the process to configure IoT devices and energy monitoring systems (assign devices to the platform, ensure data is pulling through etc)
• Ensure WiFi connectivity, troubleshoot basic issues to ensure accurate data flow
• Support customer handovers and resolve on-site technical issues
• Collaborate with installation engineers and product teams to improve commissioning processes

Qualifications

• Background in Field Service, Commissioning, or Electrical Installation
• Understanding of IoT devices, networking, or connected systems
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility for site travel (work out of typical hours may be required)
• Even better if you are Part P qualified or happy to learn
