A leading technology firm is seeking an Information Security Projects Team Lead to deliver crucial Cyber Essentials assessments and lead a team. You will guide security audits and provide solutions to mitigate risks for clients in the not-for-profit sector. Strong leadership and up-to-date qualifications in Cyber Essentials are key for success in this hybrid role based mainly in London.

The Smartdesc Information Security Team deliver projects to our customers in the Not-for-Profit sector that support our customers in managing and reducing their Information Security risks.
This role will have a strong focus on delivering Information Security projects including Cyber Essentials basic and Cyber Essentials Plus Assessments to our customers.
You should be a good communicator, enthusiastic and able to lead a team of Security Officers and Cyber Essentials assessors. This is a client-facing job and you may be required to occasionally travel around the UK.
You should have as a minimum Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus assessor qualifications preferably as a Lead Assessor. If you hold pen-testing qualifications and are a lead assessor, it will be an added advantage.
