Propel in London is seeking an Information Security Manager to own governance, risk and compliance across ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2 and HIPAA for a fast-growing B2B SaaS business.

The role focuses on leading enterprise security reviews, customer questionnaires and trust processes, while supporting security-enabled sales with a robust audit and compliance programme. An AI-driven approach will streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in GRC / Security / Compliance
• Strong B2B SaaS experience
• Experience across ISO 27001 / SOC 2 / SOC 1 / HIPAA
• Hands-on audit and compliance experience
• Experience supporting enterprise sales from a security/GRC perspective
• Interest in using AI to improve GRC operations

Hiring: Security GRC Manager London | Monday-Thursday in office | Up to £90,000-£100,000

I’m working on a hands-on Security GRC Manager role with a fast-growing B2B SaaS business.

You’ll own security compliance end-to-end across ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2 and HIPAA, alongside leading enterprise security reviews, customer questionnaires and trust processes.

A key part of the role is being comfortable leading or influencing enterprise sales conversations from a security perspective - working directly with prospects and customers to navigate security reviews, procurement, RFPs and due diligence, as well as owning the day-to-day audit and compliance programme.

The role also has a strong AI focus, using AI to streamline compliance, automate repetitive GRC workflows and make customer trust work faster and more scalable.

Looking for someone with:

• 4+ years in GRC / Security / Compliance
