Job summary

CHANEL in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated student in IT/CS/Data Analytics to join the GISEC program. You will support cyber security training, monitor third-party supplier security scorecards, and assist with the rollout and maintenance of the GRC application.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in IT/CS/Data Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support cyber security training and awareness initiatives across the organisation.
• Support ongoing monitoring and reporting of CHANEL's 3rd party supplier security scorecard, reporting, data analytics and remediation activities.
• Assist with the rollout, implementation and ongoing maintenance of the risk management / GRC application as directed by the Snr. Manager.
• Support the 3rd party assurance process and assessments in line with the agreed processes defined by the GISEC GRC operating process.
• Coordinate the documentation of all GISEC owned common processes in the agreed format and maintain the repository of process documentation.
• Collaborate with other InfoSec pillars to ensure that InfoSec is seen as a partner to endeavors and goals.
