Job summary

Morson Talent is partnering with a global financial services advisory firm to recruit an Information Security GRC Specialist. The role spans cyber risk, policy, assurance and compliance, with scope to support leadership when required.

You will be a subject matter expert, applying knowledge of GDPR, DORA, SWIFT and other global regulations within a multinational structure. London-based hybrid work is available with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in security policy, assurance and compliance.
• Experience in security awareness and education.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF and other security frameworks.
• Financial Services / Insurance sector experience.
• Knowledge of GDPR, DORA, SWIFT and global regulations.
• Experience in a global organisation.

Responsibilities

• Operate as SME across cyber risk, policy, assurance and compliance.
• Support leadership with governance and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with global teams to align controls and training.

The role offers the opportunity to operate as a subject matter expert, with scope to support leadership responsibilities when required.
