Morson Talent, on behalf of a global financial services advisory firm, seeks an Information Security GRC Specialist to work across cyber risk, policy, assurance and compliance. Hybrid role in London, supporting the Head of Security GRC & Deputy CISO across governance and risk management.

You will bring experience in Cyber Risk and GRC, policy governance, and compliance monitoring with knowledge of NIST CSF. Beneficial GDPR/DORA/SWIFT knowledge and global organisation experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber risk and information security GRC.
• Proven ability to develop and govern security policy and governance.
• Experience in monitoring compliance and tracking remediation.

Responsabilités

• Support Head of Security GRC & Deputy CISO in delivering governance, risk and assurance across the global business.
• Contribute to cyber risk assessments, policy enforcement and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate remediation activities and report on governance effectiveness across Global operations.

Information Security GRC Specialist - Financial Services

Our client a global financial services advisory firm are seeking an Information Security GRC Specialist to work across cyber risk, policy, assurance and compliance.

The role supports the Head of Security GRC & Deputy CISO in delivering information security governance, cyber risk management, compliance and assurance across the global business.

Required:

• Cyber Risk / Information Security GRC experience
• Security Policy & Governance
• Compliance monitoring and remediation tracking
• Knowledge of NIST CSF and other security frameworks

Beneficial:

• Knowledge of GDPR, DORA, SWIFT and relevant regulations
• Experience working in a global organisation

Location: Liverpool St, London – Hybrid

Salary: between £60,000 - £80,000 base + discretionary bonus + comprehensive benefits
