Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking an Information Manager to join a leading contractor on a permanent basis. The position requires full-time work at our client's office in London. This role offers the chance to work on large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects with an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead project information workflows in accordance with ISO 19650 and project requirements.
  2. Manage CDE platforms, particularly Autodesk Construction Cloud (Collaborate Pro).
  3. Oversee BIM data delivery, including COBie and IFC formats.
  4. Coordinate information across RIBA stages with project teams.
  5. Review models and data with stakeholders using Revit and Navisworks.
  6. Promote innovation through point cloud applications and Dynamo automation.
  7. Maintain consistent digital delivery and information standards across projects.
What we are looking for:
  • Extensive experience with Revit, Navisworks, and other collaboration software.
  • Preferably strong knowledge of Dynamo.
  • Understanding of ISO 19650 and PAS 1192 standards, if previously utilized.
  • Knowledge of BIM standards and data exchange formats such as IFC and COBie.
  • Familiarity with point cloud integration in modelling (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of information management workflows and CDEs, especially Autodesk Construction Cloud (Collaborate Pro).
  • Awareness of the project lifecycle and RIBA stage deliverables.
  • Building services knowledge is a plus but not essential.
