Bank Information Governance Administrator

The role of the Information Governance Administrator is to ensure that all Data Subject Requests, made under the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR, are handled in a timely, accurate and balanced way, meeting targets and statutory timescales, and generally ensuring compliance with Data Protection legislation. The role also entails assisting the Director of Operations with Information Governance administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To assist with the Data Requests process in its entirety
  • To communicate with the requestor to establish clarity on potential requests
  • Co-ordinate the search, review and compilation of information & documents across multiple systems
  • Photocopying and dispatching requests and files
  • Ad hoc Information Governance administrative tasks
