Network Rail is hiring an Information Co-Ordinator in Three Bridges, UK. The role supports the Control team by coordinating real-time information between Control and TOCs/FOCs, ensuring timely updates across the network and contributing to safe, efficient operations.

You'll maintain logs, prepare management information, and assist with disruption planning. A calm, collaborative communicator with strong IT and route knowledge thrives in this fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems such as TRUST, CCIL, TRUST DA, Tyrell or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Train Operating Companies within the route.
• Strong teamwork and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to influence others in pressurised environments.

Responsibilities

• Collect real-time information between Network Rail Control and TOCs/FOCs via Tyrell and email.
• Provide accurate incident information on OIS screens.
• Maintain detailed daily logs of significant events.
• Collaborate with the Route Control Manager to manage information flow.
• Produce reports and management information to standards and timescales.
• Assist Incident Controllers with prioritised plans per ACOP requirements.
• Support Train Running Controllers during disruption with amended plans.
• Record key discussions and actions for Gold Command and incident calls.

Are you an organised communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Join Network Rail's Control team as an Information Co-Ordinator and play a vital role in keeping passengers, train operators and colleagues informed when it matters most.

As the central point of contact for operational information, you'll ensure accurate and timely updates are shared across the rail network, helping support safe, efficient and customer-focused railway operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collecting and communicating real-time information between Network Rail Control and Train Operating Company (TOC) and Freight Operating Company (FOC) Controls through systems such as Tyrell and email.
• Providing accurate, concise and timely incident information on OIS screens in line with company standards and statutory requirements.
• Maintaining detailed daily logs of significant events and actions using relevant systems and processes.
• Working closely with the Route Control Manager to manage information flow both within and beyond the Control environment.
• Producing reports and management information to agreed standards and timescales.
• Supporting Incident Controllers with the creation of prioritised plans in line with PIDD ACOP requirements.
• Assisting Train Running Controllers with the development and communication of amended train plans during disruption.
• Supporting Gold Command and incident management conference calls by recording key discussions, decisions and actions.

Essential Requirements Include
