The Information Assistant will be based in the Fees & Awards team and will work closely with a small team, undertaking administrative duties and delivering a seamless, high quality customer service to our students and staff.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate exemplary team working skills, a deep commitment to service excellence and the capacity to work flexibly and effectively with key delivery partners. They will be expected to demonstrate strong organisational and interpersonal skills, well developed personal management skills and to be creative, energetic, open and collaborative.
The Student Records team plays a vital role in managing key stages of the student journey, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an excellent experience. We maintain and update student records, produce official documentation such as certificates and transcripts, and support graduation processes. Our Registration team coordinates enrolment activities throughout the year, working closely with colleagues across the University to deliver smooth and efficient registration and graduation events. The Fees & Awards team manages tuition fee adjustments, liaises with the Student Loans Company on funding and disbursements, and administers University awards that provide financial support to students. Together, we ensure that every interaction reflects precision, professionalism, and a commitment to student success.
At the very heart of the Student Records team is the desire to provide service excellence to all students or to anyone that has the need to interact with our service, all whilst maintaining a firm focus on the evolution of our service using creativity, flexibility and innovation by anticipating and responding to the needs of our diverse student community.
