Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced data integration specialist to lead Informatica migrations and cloud re-platforming initiatives. You will shape ETL strategies, define mappings, and mentor delivery teams to ensure data integrity across complex migrations.

Role involves collaboration with architects and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transition to modern cloud environments while upholding data quality and governance standards. National mobility may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or IICS.
• Strong ETL development and data integration expertise.
• Experience delivering data migration, validation, reconciliation, and data quality initiatives.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain SC clearance; UK-based.
• Hybrid working model; onsite attendance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on Informatica architecture, mappings, integration patterns, and cloud re-platforming approaches.
• Define ETL migration strategies, source-to-target mapping methodologies, and validation approaches with delivery teams.
• Support the development of High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), technical documentation, and knowledge articles.
• Ensure data pipeline integrity during migration, testing, validation, and dual-running activities.
• Mentor and guide Informatica engineers and project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Provide deep technical leadership during discovery, design, migration, and implementation phases of major data transformation programmes.
• Ensure Informatica workloads and data pipelines are re-platformed to cloud environments while maintaining quality and continuity.
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and stakeholders to define migration strategies and drive adoption of new solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)
• Strong expertise in ETL development, data integration, and source-to-target data mapping
• Proven experience delivering data migration, validation, reconciliation, and data quality initiatives
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architectures and integration patterns
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and knowledge transfer capabilities
• Experience migrating data integration workloads to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of modern data engineering, data warehousing, and analytics ecosystems
• Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain SC clearance
