Job summary

Disney+ in London seeks a Manager of Influencer Performance Marketing to accelerate subscriber growth through performance-led influencer campaigns in the UK. You will source talent, manage contracts, develop creatives, run tests, and analyze results to improve ROI.

You will partner with regional teams across EMEA and ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines while delivering measurable results. This office-based role is hybrid with four days in Hammersmith and one remote day.

Qualifications

• Strong & proven experience in digital marketing.
• Experience leading influencer marketing programs with performance focus.
• Proven end-to-end influencer campaigns delivering measurable ROI.
• Understanding of influencer platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and paid performance.
• Data-driven decision making and ability to manage agencies/talent.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the UK influencer performance marketing strategy from planning to execution.
• Ensure content is optimized for acquisition KPIs and aligns with brand guidelines.
• Source, shortlist, negotiate with talent and manage campaign timelines and tracking.
• Drive creative development, A/B testing, and performance analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with regional teams to scale influencer activities across EMEA.
