We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join KatKin on a full-time 6 month contract, with the potential for it to become permanent.
In this role, you will own KatKin’s influencer gifting initiatives, helping to connect our brand with influencers who resonate with our mission in order to increase brand awareness and fuel customer acquisition. You will identify relevant influencers, coordinate product sends, track influencer activity and engagement, and support the smooth execution of gifting programmes across social platforms, gaining hands‑on experience in the influencer marketing process.
This role sits within the Influencer marketing team, reporting into the Influencer Marketing Manager.
Identify relevant influencers across Instagram and TikTok that are aligned with KatKin’s mission.
Optimise outreach and follow ups to maximise acceptance and post rate
Coordinate KatKin’s influencer gifting programmes across social platforms, ensuring timely delivery of products.
Track and maintain accurate records of gifting initiatives, including influencer details, product sends, and any posts or engagement following gifting.
Support the creation of simple campaign briefs or guidance for influencers receiving products, ensuring content aligns with KatKin’s brand voice and values.
Assist with implementing third-party tools or platforms to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the gifting programme.
Help obtain influencer content and ensure UGC rights are secured, so it can be reused across organic channels.
Collaborate with team members working on paid campaigns by sharing information on successful gifting creators to support their partnership pipeline.
Provide general support to the Influencer Marketing team, gaining exposure to the broader influencer strategy and marketing operations.
Previous experience in sales, digital marketing or influencer marketing role is a plus, recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skilled in time management, able to handle multiple campaigns efficiently
Eager to take responsibility and ownership of projects
Passionate about social media and influencers, with potential content creation experience.
