We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive, and proactive influencer marketing professional to join our OMD Create team as an Influencer Marketing Associate Director. In this role you will develop and execute creative, influencer‑led campaigns for high‑profile clients, unlocking opportunities to hone your strategic and creative skills across the full campaign cycle.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and deliver influencer marketing campaigns for a portfolio of iconic brands.
  • Lead the influencer strategy from receiving the client brief to campaign launch, working collaboratively to bring ideas to life.
  • Build and maintain valued relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver award‑winning campaigns that showcase a creative lens for campaign ideas and solutions.
  • Coach and support team members to help them achieve their full potential.

Work Arrangements

Hiring within a hybrid model: three days in the office, two days remote. Standard hours are 9:30–17:30 with flexible core hours between 10:30–16:30 to accommodate diverse work styles.
