We are seeking a dynamic Reconciliation Analyst (Inflight) to take ownership of flightline stock management and reporting processes, ensuring seamless stock vs sales tracking and accuracy. In this role, you will optimize flightline level reporting, design systems to monitor discrepant stock movements, and provide key inflight loss analyses. You will lead the development of leakage reports, investigate discrepancies, and implement effective solutions to maintain stock and sales integrity. This role is highly analytical, requiring strong numerical skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for preparing and aligning flight and stock store data before reporting, ensuring accuracy in daily operations. As part of a hybrid team, you will collaborate in the office from Monday to Wednesday, working closely to drive key insights and improvements. This position is ideal for proactive individuals who take initiative, confidently propose solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping a new department and driving performance against ambitious KPIs.

Some of your key responsibilities in this role are:

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain and improve the inflight reconciliation program.
  • Design and embed processes to track inflight stock losses.

Stock Reporting and Reconciliation:

  • Carry out daily alignment of flight numbers and stock stores in preparation for reconciliation analysis.
  • Develop and produce stock loss reports and calculations.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Provide regular stock vs sales insights to the wider business.
  • Liaise with auditors to share inflight behavioural observations.
  • Drive and execute a continuous improvement program for stock processes and reporting.
  • Monitor and optimise batch records, wastage, and distillate concentrations.

Reporting:

  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support decision-making.
  • Interface directly with our client LP program, supporting with accurate data at a flightline level.

What skills and experience do we need from you?

  • Experience: Proven management experience in fast moving stock, with a strong understanding of inflight sales and reconciliation.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly accurate and detail-oriented, with the ability to deliver within deadlines.
  • Problem Solving: Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills to identify and address inventory challenges.
  • IT Skills: Advanced Excel and data analysis tools experience essential; knowledge and competency of Vector IFE Management systems highly beneficial.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Organisation: Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Planning: Strong planning and analytical skills to develop and optimise investigative models.
