Job summary

EFI Group Ltd. is seeking an Industry Collaboration & Partnerships Coordinator to plan and deliver industry engagement programmes across the London College of Beauty Therapy and the Fashion Retail Academy, enhancing student learning and employability.

You will coordinate talks, masterclasses, live projects, work placements and mentoring, acting as a bridge between students, academic teams and employer partners.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) and GCSE English and Maths.
• Experience coordinating programmes, projects, events or employer engagement initiatives.
• Experience and understanding of employer engagement, student enrichment, employability and relationship management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and delivery of industry engagement programmes across the EFI Group.
• Develop opportunities including industry talks, masterclasses, live projects, work placements and mentoring.
• Act as a key link between students, academic teams and employer partners.
• Plan, deliver, evaluate and report on impact using data and feedback for continuous improvement.
