Job summary

Springfields Fuels Ltd is hiring an Industrial Thermal Insulation Technician to install, maintain and remove insulation on industrial equipment and piping. You will ensure energy efficiency, safety and compliance while working on site across various environments.

The role requires NVQ Level 2/3 in Thermal Insulation and related safety training, with experience in industrial settings and a UK driving licence. A comprehensive benefits package is offered with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Thermal Insulation or equivalent practical experience.
• Asbestos Awareness certification and safety training.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications.
• Experience with insulation materials, systems and standards.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain insulation on pipes, vessels and equipment.
• Fabricate sheet metal components and apply protective cladding.
• Interpret drawings, isometrics and work instructions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety, method statements and permits.
