Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group is recruiting a Heavy-Duty Sewer / Industrial Sewing Machinist in Melton Mowbray with pay up to £14 per hour. Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, on a temp-to-perm basis.

You will operate industrial sewing machines to sew heavy-duty materials, following job specifications, measuring, cutting, stitching and finishing to a high standard, with regular quality checks and a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial sewing machinist experience or similar.
• Confident using industrial sewing machines and working with heavy-duty materials.
• Good attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong sewing machine skills who is confident working with heavy-duty materials and producing work to a high standard. You will be working Monday to Friday, 8:00am until 4:00pm, with pay of up to £14 per hour depending on experience.

About You

• Previous experience as an Industrial Sewing Machinist / Heavy-Duty Sewer or similar.
• Confident using industrial sewing machines and working with thicker or heavy-duty materials.
• Good attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
