What you will do
Johnson Controls Industrial Refrigeration (IREF) division delivers project solutions, maintenance & service solutions supporting manufacturing, cold storage, and R&D testing requirements. We are OEM for SABROE, Frick Compressors & York products, with trained engineers nationwide providing project solutions, planned, preventative, & reactive works for markets including meat, poultry, food manufacturing, beverage, cold storage, general manufacturing, leisure, pharmaceutical, & automotive.
As an experienced Commissioning Engineer in Industrial Refrigeration systems, you will ensure systems meet defined parameters according to regulations, standards & procedures. You will collaborate closely with the project manager to ensure commissioning aligns with plans and budgets, covering plant & equipment, pipework, refrigeration charges, & controls.

You will serve as the primary contact for site technical service and commissioning, supporting the design team with final design, scope, & specifications. You should understand the design, scope of work, & installation requirements for Industrial Refrigeration.
You will keep clients informed, attend onsite reviews, and guide suppliers & contractors. Support project managers based on design & installation needs. Projects are UK-wide, requiring travel.
