Vibrant Recruits Ltd is seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to work on ammonia and CO₂ systems across food factories and distribution centres. This home-based role travels to customer sites, with most work in your local area.
Salary is £45,000-£70,000 with overtime, standby and call-out opportunities. Benefits include a company van, private medical insurance, and ongoing professional training. A full UK driving licence is required.
Are you an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Engineer looking for a role where your skills are properly rewarded, and where you can build on your Ammonia and CO₂ experience?
This is an opportunity to join a growing engineering team working on industrial refrigeration systems across food factories, warehouses and distribution centres, not supermarket work.
You'll be home-based, travelling directly to customer sites, with most of your work kept within your local area.
On top of your base salary of £45,000-£70,000, there is plenty of opportunity to increase your earnings through overtime, standby and additional call-out work.
You’ll work across food production facilities, cold stores, warehouses, distribution centres and other industrial environments, giving you exposure to a wide variety of systems and challenges.
Don’t have experience with both Ammonia and CO₂? That’s not necessarily a deal-breaker. If you have a solid commercial refrigeration background and are keen to develop your knowledge, there is training available to help you build your expertise.
Whether you’re already highly experienced with Ammonia and CO₂ or you’re a refrigeration engineer looking to expand your skill set, you’ll have the opportunity to keep developing.
This is a home-based mobile role, with engineers travelling directly to customer sites. You can be based anywhere across England, with the strongest preference around Tamworth, Birmingham, Manchester or Sheffield and surrounding areas. Most of the work will be local to your area, although some UK travel will be required depending on customer requirements.
If you’re an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Engineer looking for great earning potential, varied industrial work, excellent benefits and the opportunity to develop your Ammonia and CO₂ expertise, this could be a very good move.
