Responsibilities

• Hit the floor running with passion and drive to develop new recruitment opportunities in Industrial, Warehousing and Semi-Skilled roles within Milton Keynes and surrounding area, including local businesses, larger contracts and on-site opportunities.
• Work in a 360 degree role to develop placements (temp, contract or permanent).
• Develop volume business in the Buckinghamshire area and drive new business opportunities for placements.

Qualifications

• Self motivated with a proven track record of success within Industrial recruitment of at least 24 months.
• Experience developing volume business in Buckinghamshire is advantageous.
• Passion for new business and developing opportunities for placements (temp, contract or permanent) into Industrial, Warehousing and Semi-Skilled roles.
• Must have current driving licence and access to a car; be prepared to operate within a targeted Recruitment environment in Industrial recruitment.

• Great basic salary up to £35K (depending upon experience; possibly more for a superstar).
